Shwetha J Parvathy has five years of work experience spanning across data analysis and program management, with a focus on education in developing countries. She holds a master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Kerala University (India). Shwetha supports the GC-DWC’s research and measurement efforts across several projects. She is passionate about developing and implementing scalable, evidence-based solutions to solve the global learning crisis.
