Fr. Delince Exalus
Fr. Delince Exalus is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Cap-Haitien and serves as a coordinator of the L3 Program (Lakay, Lekòl, Legliz) for the GC-DWC in Haiti, a role he has held since 2020. In this capacity, he supports the integration of early childhood development and whole child principles across homes, schools, and churches.
Fr. Delince began his education at École Père Pérard in Plaisance and completed his secondary studies at the Institution Saint Louis de Gonzague in Port-au-Prince. He entered the Grand Séminaire Notre Dame in 2002 to study philosophy and theology and was ordained a priest on February 2, 2011.
Following his ordination, he served for two years as vicar at the Cathedral of Cap-Haitien, then led the Minor Seminary and the Propaedeutic Sainte Thérèse de l'Enfant Jésus for eight years. Since January 2020, he has also served as chancellor of the Archdiocese of Cap-Haitien and as director of the Domus Mariae Catechetical and Pastoral Center, where he oversees the formation of lay leaders.
Fr. Delince deepened his theological expertise through studies in Theology of the Body at the Institute of Theology of the Body in Philadelphia—a field that has become a personal passion. He now teaches this subject to seminarians and lay people alike through the pastoral center he leads.
