Bio
Abraham Noel has substantial experience in the field of child development including working with children living with HIV and AIDS. He has also worked with government departments dealing with the overall well-being of children in childcare institutions. He has successfully translated learnings from the field to make recommendations to policy makers.
He has a master's degree in public policy and governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad. He has conducted research on the well-being of persons with disabilities in scheduled caste and tribal communities.
Noel is passionate about working on child safety and well-being.
