Maura Kraemer

Maura entered the University of Notre Dame’s Sociology Ph.D. program in the fall of 2021 and is a graduate affiliate with the Center for Research on Educational Opportunity (CREO) and Program for Interdisciplinary Education Research (ND PIER).  She received a Master's in Social Science at the University of Chicago in 2020 with a concentration in Society and Education. Her research interests are currently in racial socialization, family processes, education, and Whiteness.

Maura's areas of interest and research are Quantitative Methods, Race and Ethnicity, Sociology of Education.
