CREO's Langenkamp Wins PSA Award
Amy Langenkamp, O’Shaughnessy Assistant Professor of Educational Studies at the University of Notre Dame, has won the Distinguished Contribution to Sociological Perspectives Award for 2011 from the Pacific Sociological Association.
The award honors Langenkamp’s article titled “Effects of Educational Transitions on Students’ Academic Trajectory: A Life Course Perspective,” published in Sociological Perspectives.
Langenkamp is a member of the sociology faculty in Notre Dame’s Center for Research on Educational Opportunity (CREO), part of the Institute for Educational Initiatives.
