The role of religious education in the neglect and restoration of listening
Father Kevin directs the Common Good Initiative, which leads graduate students in Catholic social teaching immersions, at the Center for Social Concerns. He also teaches an undergraduate theology course called Discipleship: Loving Action for Justice. He is a board member of the Religious Education Association: an Association of Professors, Practitioners, and Researchers in Religious Education.
Prior to pastoral ministry as a member of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Father Kevin was a trust officer with the Northern Trust Bank and a financial economist with the U.S. Treasury Department. He was the founding director of the Young Adult Community at St. Clement Church in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
