FACE to FACE: Fostering Students' Resilience in Traumatic Times

ACE 8 graduate, Jessica Gray Werner, will discuss the importance of prioritizing students' social-emotional learning, focusing especially on how teachers might help to develop students' resiliency. Following a brief presentation, participants will have the opportunity to discuss how these strategies can be easily implemented and adapted for their own schools to help meet students where they are academically and emotionally during this difficult time. Participants will receive one hour of continuing education credit.
