Virna Vidal Menezes

Virna Vidal Menezes is from Fortaleza, Brazil, and is currently a graduate student in Economics. Before attending Notre Dame, Virna received her M.A. in Economics from the Federal University of Ceara (UFC) and worked as a research assistant in projects focused primarily on early childhood education and the impact evaluation of education programs and interventions. Her current research interest is education in developing countries, particularly the role of aspirations on educational outcomes and early childhood education.
