Steve Ponisciak

Steve Ponisciak is an IEI Research Scientist for the IEI Program Evaluation and Research Team. A statistician by training, his research includes work on student growth models, teacher observation data, and Rasch analysis. In addition to his research, he has provided technical assistance to districts, and facilitated technical and professional development trainings on growth modeling and teacher evaluation systems for teachers and administrators. Steve received a Ph.D. in Statistics from Duke University and a B.S in Math from the University of Notre Dame.
