Her role includes coordination of radio programming and parent training sessions and launch and management of five community resource centers, as well as supervision of research and learning alongside administrative supervision. Janet has over 20 years of experience working in international development. While she just recently joined GC-DWC's team in January 2022, Janet has been working in Haiti since 2014 and has a thorough knowledge of the country. Prior to this, she also managed projects in South Sudan, Guatemala, Kenya and Morocco with a primary focus on healthcare and vulnerable children. She is passionate about the concept of empowering local people and building sustainable initiatives through grassroots development.
