GC-DWC 2025 Year in Review

Fighting for the Whole Child

We have titled this year’s annual report “Fighting for the Whole Child”—a theme that reflects both the urgency of our mission and the resilience required to sustain it. This past year has been one of profound challenge and steadfast determination. Despite significant shifts in the global aid landscape, the GC-DWC has refused to retreat. Instead, we have doubled down on our mission to create pathways out of adversity for the world’s most vulnerable children.

From activating community-led systems in Haiti to scaling digital resources in India and equipping new leaders on campus, we are moving from local incubation to system-wide implementation. An essential part of this effort is our research to action approach, allowing us to learn quickly about our programs and scale based on evidence.

Looking ahead, we are anchoring our vision in “Faith in the Future.” We are committed to securing the first 1,000 days of life, fighting against the “biological violence” of toxic stress and poverty. By leveraging the global parish network to deliver science-based early childhood interventions, we are building pathways out of adversity that will last for generations.

We are deeply grateful for the partners and "champions" who stand with us. We invite you to explore our work and join us in building a future where every child can reach their God-given potential.
