Current Projects:

Currently, Dr. Clark is the Primary investigator and evaluator for Notre Dame ACE Academies and the Walton Foundation grant.  He leads all internal assessment efforts, focusing on program improvement, quality, and impact.

Bio

Ryan Clark joined the faculty of the Alliance for Catholic Education in 2006. As Coordinator of Teaching and Learning for the Notre Dame ACE Academies, he is tasked with the continuous improvement of the schools' academic achievement by creating and implementing a data-driven, focused, and coherent program of professional formation for principals and teachers.

Ryan served as Faculty of Supervision and Instruction for the ACE Service through Teaching program, teaching courses and supervising teacher formation, from 2006 to 2010. He has been teaching and working in K-12 and higher education for almost 20 years as a classroom teacher, administrator, and researcher. He began his teaching career in Baltimore and then went on to teaching in Montgomery, AL, as a member of the third cohort of the ACE Service through Teaching program, earning a master's degree in teaching. He then spent several years as a middle school teacher in Portland, OR, before completing his Ph.D. studies in educational policy at the University of Oregon.
